There are several methods of connection to the ECU
We will consider the methods required to bruteforce the password. The main problem is that we need to manage the power of the ECU. This can be done in several ways:
POWER SWITCH MUST BE SET TO AUTO !!!
Connect DB15 connector wires to ECU:
- 5 (RED) & 9 (ORANGE) to +B, +B2, +B3 and IGSW
- 11 (BLACK) to GND
- 7 (WHITE) to CAN HIGH
- 15 (GREEN) to CAN LOW
Power supply must be 12 Volt with minimum 2 Amp current.
A terrible option with a relay:
Description of colors:
- (RED) to +B, +B2, +B3 and IGSW
- (BLACK) to GND
- (YELLOW) to CAN HIGH
- (GREEN) to CAN LOW
